Kelsey + Emile's Wedding in the Superstitions

On October 7th, we had the opportunity to plan Kelsey and Emile’s desert wedding located at Superstitions mountain! From the view and the sunset to the florals and the colors, we are obsessed with every part of this day. Continue reading to see our favorite photos + highlights from this beautiful desert wedding!

The day began with the couple getting ready at the cutest Airbnb located in Mesa, Arizona! Because she is the sweetest bride, Kelsey gave each of her bridesmaids a small gift to share this wonderful day with them. Once the gifts were exchanged, the bride and her gals took photos in their matching robes, with Kelsey wearing white of course! The girls then helped Kelsey slip into her gown so she could go meet her soon-to-be husband for their first look.

Megan Claire Photo did such an amazing job capturing the pure joy that was radiating off this couple during their first look. Emile had to take off his glasses for a few moments to wipe the tears from his eyes, how sweet! The couple then read each other their personal vows and exchanged a few more smiling tears. This moment was so special and a perfect testament to their love story. When it was time, the couple was off to go meet their guests at the Superstitions!

Everyone knows you really can’t go wrong with a Cloth and Flame wedding, but everything about this day was beautiful! The bride chose such a classy color palette with accents of warm mauve, cream, and dusty pink. While guests were waiting, they mingled by the lounge and left advice for the couple in the time capsule jar. Once Kelsey and Emile arrived, everyone took their seats and the ceremony began!

Even though the couple exchanged personal vows with each other back at the Airbnb, they still shared their intentions with all their guests at the ceremony. These second vows were short and sweet, and perfect for the ceremony. The bride and groom concluded the ceremony by kissing for the first time to “Holy” by Justin Bieber, how cute! The crowd cheered as the couple made their way back down the aisle past their guests. Before the sun set over the mountains, Megan Claire took some photos of the couple while their guests talked and ate hors devours.

The rest of the night was spent eating delicious food, having good conversation, and sharing lots of laughter! When guests began dancing, Kelsey changed into the CUTEST white cocktail dress with puffy sleeves and to put it simply, we were obsessed. Kelsey danced the night away while Emile watched his beautiful bride. When the night, Kelsey and Emile shared one last dance together underneath the stars while guests were exiting. This was by far the sweetest moment of the evening.

Every desert wedding we have the opportunity to plan is always a blast, but this was by far one of our favorites. Kelsey and Emile are so in love, and that made our job easy. Throughout the entire day, there was never a dull moment and we are so glad we are able to share it!

Rachel + Ryan's Wedding at Papago

This elopement-style wedding at Papago Park was a day we will never forget! After many postponed wedding dates, Rachel and Ryan were finally able to have the intimate wedding they always dreamed of. This is one of our favorite galleries, and we can’t wait to share!

The bride and groom began their day waking up at Hotel Valley Ho, a luxurious hotel located a few minutes away from Papago park. While Rachel was getting her makeup and hair done by Le Beige Beauty, her closest girlfriends were getting on their dresses so they would be ready to help Rachel put on hers. Once her makeup was all finished, she put on her stunning dress from Schaffer Bridal and did a little happy dance with her flower girl, the cutest!

Before they traveled to the wedding site, Rachel and Ryan shared a first look at a scenic location at the hotel. Their first look was nothing short of sweet, and Ryan was thrilled to finally see his beautiful bride dressed in white for the first time. After sharing many happy and joyful moments together, the couple spent the rest of their time taking portraits with Alexandra Loraine Photo. From there, the happy couple got into their limo and were off to get married!

There are many scenic spots located at Papago Park, but this was by far the best one! The mixture of beautiful palm trees, still water, and dried florals brought to you by The Wildflower AZ, made for the most beautiful evening. Once guests were seated, the ceremony began, and the bride walked down the aisle. The ceremony was small and intimate, and was exactly what the couple was wanting. After Rachel and Ryan shared their sweet vows, Ryan kissed his bride and all their guest celebrated!

After the ceremony, guests mingled and ate appetizers together while the sun set over them. While Rachel and Ryan took some photos with their family, everyone signed the guestbook and lingered around the welcome table. At the welcome table, the bride left umbrellas for everyone so no one got hot, how cute! These also made for the cutest photos!

When the sun went down, the bugs came out, and that meant time for everyone to go to the reception! The reception was held at Mastro’s City Hall, one of our couple’s favorites. When the couple entered the reception room, all the guests cheered as the couple was introduced as Mr. and Mrs. for the very first time! The bride and groom were absolutely glowing and everyone in the room could tell. Happiness has never looked so good!

Rachel and Ryan were an absolute joy to work with and we are so thankful we were able to make their day happen for them! Their day was absolutely beautiful and perfectly intimate. We love all our couples and hope we get more like Rachel and Ryan in the future!

Rayme + Scott’s Wedding at the Farm

Rame and Scott’s beautiful wedding day was one that reflected the couple in a beautiful and elegant way! This day was perfect from start to finish and the details of this day were a beautiful representation of the couples love for each other! With the venue being Rayme’s family blueberry farm, it was a sentimental day for all in attendance.

The day began with Rame and her bridesmaids getting ready together with smiles and joy that could be found on everyones face! After Zo and Co Styling was finished with everyone’s hair and makeup, it was time for Rayme to put on her beautiful dress!

It was then time for the first look! The look of love and elation on Scott’s face when he saw his bride was something we won’t soon forget! After portraits were taken, it was time for the ceremony to begin!

With a beautiful ceremony set up outside on the family blueberry farm, a sudden onset of rain came on, causing a bump in the day but not interrupting the joy! Everyone rushed to move everything under the tents and friends sent out to purchase as many umbrella’s as possible, the ceremony began!

With their best friends at their sides, beautiful and tearful vows were exchanged and the couple was joined as man and wife! Under their umbrella’s they took their first kiss of forever and it was something to behold.

The reception began with beautiful food and drinks provided by Stella Fiore Pizza and Revolution by the Barrel. The guest’s ate, drank and danced their hearts out as the newlyweds were beautifully celebrated by their loved ones! The reception was concluded with a beautiful donut wall with an assortment of flavors!

The day was beautifully concluded with a bouquet toss off the balcony of their home, and everyone cheering the bride on! Getting to help and work with Rayme and Scott was a wonderful opportunity as they celebrated their union!

Romantic Wedding at the Woodland

In late June, we had the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals for a styled shoot at The Woodland PHX, a beautiful venue located in the heart of Phoenix! Everything about the day was wonderful, and we wish we could go back!

When you walk into the venue, the first thing you see is a beautifully aged brick wall with tall, wooden ceilings inside the chapel. This stunning combo effortlessly ties in the vintage light fixtures that hang on each side of the main room. There were so many rooms filled with perfect photograph opportunities, we couldn’t get enough!

When our model Patricia arrived for hair and makeup, everyone knew the day we had all been waiting for was finally here! The shoot began with individual portraits of Patricia in her beautiful Grace Loves Lace bridal gown. The pastel blue wall in the bridal suite tied in perfectly with the flowers from Array Design, and her hair and makeup by Le Beige Beauty! When deciding the palette for this shoot, we knew light and airy pastels was the perfect fit.

The rings, brought to you by Oliver Smith Jeweler, match the subtle splashes of gold displayed in the wedding stationary. The couple standing at the altar together was by far our favorite part of the day, because what are rings without “I do?” When the couple kissed, everyone immediately cheered and consumed the couple with fresh rose petals, leading them into the reception room.

Can we take a moment and appreciate this STUNNING wedding stationary by Paige and Pen?  From the invitation suite to the place cards, every color chosen tied in the day flawlessly! The reception table was dressed in elegant pastels, beautiful white candles, simple, yet sophisticated gold wear, and tasteful porcelain plates.

When the day ended, no one wanted to leave! This was the kind of day every girl dreams about for their wedding. The flowers, the gown, the colors, we want it all! We are so grateful we were able to spend an entire day with individuals who are just as passionate about weddings as we are. Thank you to Truth and Beauty Photography for capturing the experience with these stunning photos!

Brittany + Daniel's Wedding at The Paseo

Katherine + Nathan's Wedding in Sedona

Katherine and Nathan, one of our most adventurous couples, had the most beautiful day in breathtaking Sedona! When we booked Katherine and Nathan, it was no surprise to us they would choose a location with marvelous views and scenic landscapes.

The day began in the governor’s suit at Sedona’s El Portal, a sophisticated hotel located near the wedding venue. Katherine shared her morning with her girls, which was filled with lots of laughter and sweet company! Once her hair and makeup by Lauren Reid was complete, they helped her slip on her gown and prepare for her walk down the aisle!

Before the ceremony, a few portraits were taken of the bride and groom. The couple was not sharing a first look before the walk down the aisle, so these portraits were taken separately. Lex & Jake did an amazing job with the portraits, capturing the beauty of the bride and the vintage style of Tlaquepaque. For one of the portraits, the bride stood on the second floor with greenery surrounding her. This looked like something out of a scene from Romeo and Juliet!

The ceremony site was consumed by tall trees, with a beautiful Sedona backdrop, perfect for our travel-hungry couple. As Katherine walked down the aisle, Nathan could not contain his love for his bride! Judging by the expression on his face, it was like he was seeing her for the very first time all over again! When Nathan kissed Katherine as her husband, the crowd erupted with cheers. As they made their way back down the aisle, the efficient introduced the couple as Mr. and Mrs. for the very first time!

While guests mingled during cocktail hour, the couple signed the marriage license and began family portraits. The couple was so happy to be surrounded by family and friends, and our personal favorite was the photo of the couple with their beloved dog-hter! The reception tables were decorated with beautiful floral arrangements done by Array Design and wooden candles. Off to the side was a reception tent setup for guests to hangout away from the hot, Arizona sun.

Once guests had their bellies full of Cloth and Flame’s delicious food and toasts were given, it was time for the party to start! The bride and groom spent the rest of the night dancing and mingling with all their favorite people. Just like the couple themselves, these guests knew how to have a good time!

As the night came to a close, guests didn’t want to leave and neither did we! It was evident to us and every guest attending that Katherine and Nathan were meant for each other. We can’t wait to watch these newlyweds blossom into this new journey they will be sharing together!

Summer + Colten's Wedding in the Pines

Summer and Colten’s wedding in the Pines was just as beautiful as their love for each other! Even though their wedding was located in the desert state of Arizona, it looked like something straight out of the Rocky Mountains! Everything about this wedding was beautiful, and we wish we could go back.

Summer and Colten began their day at a stunning Airbnb cabin located near the wedding site. This cabin gave us alllll the cozy feelings and was perfect for the theme of the day! After Summer got dressed in white, she shared a first look with her bridesmaids and her dad. Simultaneously, Colten and his tribe were showing off their new Phoenix Suns jerseys right before he was off to see his bride.

We have seen a lot of first looks, but there was nothing like the sweet moment that was shared between these two! It’s a good thing grooms don’t wear a full face of makeup because if they did, Colton would be in much need of a touch-up! The moment he saw his beautiful bride, nothing else mattered. A few hugs and kisses later, this couple was ready to hit the aisle and seal the deal!

The altar was three beautiful wooden arches dressed with gorgeous florals brought to you by Array Design. Everything about the ceremony was perfect, especially the written vows they had prepared for each other. Following the vows, a special song was performed by Stuart Laws for the bride and groom. When the efficient gave him the go-ahead, Colten kissed his wife for the very first time and confetti went flying everywhere… literally, the bridal party brought confetti guns to celebrate the newlyweds!

Now introducing: Mr. and Mrs. Gentry! Is this couple not the cutest? It is no secret Summer and Colten were made for each other, and their entire wedding day was proof of that! In their first few minutes of being husband and wife, Summer and Colten mingled with guests and showed off their new wedding rings from Nature Sparkle.

The boho-styled theme from the ceremony carried flawlessly into the reception space. The tables were decorated with bright warm colors, basket-woven chargers, and pompous grass as the centerpiece to tie it all in. The rest of the night was spent with good conversation and lots of dancing! To conclude the night, the happy couple was sent on their way through a fun sparkler exit.

The love Summer and Colten have for each other is so special, and we are very happy we could be apart of it! We are so excited to watch their love flourish like the rest of our couples and support them in their future together.
