Brittany and Daniel met in Tucson while attending the University of Arizona! They were both directors on the board for a summer camp and after months of planning events and spending endless hours together, they eventually made the jump to start dating! Well, Daniel did. Daniel swung by late one night and met Brittany at the door and said, "I wanna try something really quick" and leaned in to kiss her! Brittany totally freaked out and ducked out of it. She couldn't believe "Tellez" actually liked her! Brittany never stopped apologizing for ducking out of Daniel’s kiss. She realized how brave of a move that was, and he kindly forgave her and asked her out for their first date. The rest is history!
Brittany and Daniel found countless ways to bring their vibrant personalities into their wedding day! When discussing the plans for the day, Brittany explained how she wanted all of her guests to arrive at The Farm at South Mountain and be served “Greet Drinks” with bubbly champagne and flavored sugar cubes. If I didn’t already know, it was at that moment I knew Brittany was my kind of bride to work with! (Not to mention how incredibly organized she was with her spreadsheets…)
Brittany and Daniel have the best group of friends a couple could ask for. The day was filled with so much laughter and good spirits. Brittany gave the bridal party Himalayan salt glasses customized with their names on it for Tequila shots. And before the grand entrance at the ceremony, the bridesmaids helped to pump up the bride with a team chant like before a big football game! Brittany and Daniel also found ways to honor the people they love who could not be at the wedding. They had a table set up to honor special people in their lives and Brittany tied her dad’s wedding band around her bouquet to carry a piece of him with her throughout the day.
The day was enhanced by a team of outstanding vendors who helped collaborate their talents to celebrate the sweet couple! Photography, Dillon Driscoll, and Videographer, McKenzie Steuber, worked together to capture the day flawlessly. No detail was missed! Allison, owner of Array Design, created gorgeous bouquets to compliment the bridesmaid’s blush and maroon dresses. Bridal 4 The Win helped Brittany get all glammed up before she zipped up her gown from Brilliant Bridal. And the men folk sported tuxedos from Men’s Warehouse. Mitchell Manburg played acoustic guitar as guests arrived and Pastor Rick Holman had the honor of pronouncing Daniel and Brittany as Husband and Wife!
The party only just began when Daniel kissed his bride! A mouthwatering meal was served by the amazing Santa Barbara Catering team and DJ Jack Strindberg kept the guests partying on the dance floor (with the help of the open bar, of course)! Guests snapped photos at the Pixster Photobooth and roasted marshmallows around the camp fire before the cake designed by Honeymoon Sweets was cut! The couple exited through a tunnel of sparklers, but the party didn’t end there! Brittany and Daniel CONTINUED to celebrate at the local bar, Gallagher’s!
If you couldn’t tell, we didn’t just love every detail involved in this wedding. We were in love with the couple! Brittany and Daniel are the kind of people you want in her circle for life. Down to earth, fabulous taste, incredibly kind, and know how to have a Darn. Good. Time.
