Something we love to do on our blog is vendor features. We really do work with some of the best people! Our next feature is Paige from Paige & Pen. We recently had her meet with our team and she had so many quality pieces to show us! Paige’s content comes from all over the country, and she doesn’t use anyone but the best printers with the highest quality to print her designs!
MEET PAIGE
Meet Paige Rimmele, the woman behind Paige & Pen! Paige grew up in Cincinnati and attended college at Miami University. Shortly after college, she moved to New York in hopes of getting a publishing job! She ended up getting one at Harper Design, where she worked for six years as an editor for illustrated books. Among some of her published books, there was New York Times Bestseller Shake Puppies by Carli Davidson and Shut Up and Run by Robin Arzon. Paige was even the project manager for the Hobbit Chronicles series and five Harry Potter movie tie-in books! Whilst in New York, Paige met her now husband, Nick. Because of his job, they were relocated to Phoenix, where she decided to pursue her passion of stationary design! She had previously worked a side job doing her sister’s wedding stationary, and she knew that this was what she wanted to pursue.
INVITATION TIPS
When asking Paige about a recommended timeline for invitations, she suggested a bride to start at least 6 months prior to the wedding. This gives time to design, print, make adjustments, and send out the invitations without being in a rush. This also allows for the guests to send in their RSVP’s in time for the wedding. Another tip is to order a few extra. There’s always those people that you may forget about, some may get lost in the mail, and you definitely are going to want to keep a copy for yourself!
DETAILS
Paige puts the most effort into her designs. She uses the highest quality supplies to make the most beautiful pieces! There are so many add-ons that one may not think about, and they totally complete the look! Some of these include envelope lining, different types of prints (printed, stamped, etc.) and wax seals-which are Paige’s favorites! There are so many details you probably would never think of that can go into wedding stationary, each making them so beautiful. The designs Paige creates are tailored to the bride-to-be’s style, and you will not be disappointed with her final products!
Paige loves working with brides that want to create unique designs for their wedding days. Her favorite part is when she gets to deliver the final design, but she loves every step of the way! Paige is not restricted to wedding invites: she also does name cards, seating charts, thank-you notes, menus, cocktail napkins, and so much more! Want to keep up with Paige?
