As we are approaching the change of yet again another season into Fall, arguably the best season for your special day, let’s take a look at what’s trending! We find ourselves distancing from the Arizona summer heat to the colder nights of fall filled with colorful sunsets, abundant comfort, and enchanting landscapes. The fall season signals the beauty of inspired change and growth, a charming time to commit to forever with the one you love, surrounded by the ones you love. So, what really is trending in the world of weddings right now?

THE LONG WEDDING WEEKEND

An exceptional movement we are currently seeing is the transition of your typical Friday or Saturday wedding, to weekday weddings. The most popular days of the week we are seeing more weddings on are Thursdays and Mondays. A few reasons of why this could be may include overall cost being less expensive, but also more time with the ones you love. After the distanced family time that we saw through the pandemic, we are seeing more families use the celebration of the happy couple to extend their time by making it into a vacation!

WARM AND EARTHY COLOR PALETTE

Just like we mentioned earlier, the comforting and enchanting vibe of the fall season, an obvious part of what makes this time so magical is the color we are surrounded by! The earthy tones, vibrant oranges, reds, and yellows, and complimentary crystal accents, they all set the scene for the love that is shared on your special day. Be sure to incorporate some of the trending fall colors, of which include burnt orange or yellow, burgundy or maroon, copper, classy neutrals, and of course, gold. We like to call this color palette, a moody base with a bold sprinkle here at Riding Tandem!

ALL IN THE DETAILS

Last but very much not least, let’s pay attention to the trending details of this upcoming fall. A common theme we are seeing is the rise of individualization and intimacy. More couples are adding personal touches to their ceremonies and receptions, paying more attention to meaning perhaps more than ever before. We see this in the couple’s vows, but also in the rise of destination weddings, keeping the guest list small but sweet. Another detailed note worth mentioning is the trending toward classy vibes at our upcoming seasonal weddings. More pearls and opulent touches stemming from the inspiration of the regency period. The beauty of a fall wedding is only enhanced through the attention to details.
